To compliment our web design and hosting business, Advantage Creations, we recently acquired the domain and web site Digital Road Consulting.
Digital Road Consulting is a Vermont/ New Hampshire based Search Engine Optimization firm. The previous owner started the business years ago and decided to shut down the business and offered to sell the digital assets to us
We saw this as a great opportunity to increase our search engine optimization business which has been growing, but because our Advantage Creations business is more focused on web design and website hosting, we don’t get as much inquiries about our SEO services as we would like. Also, we didn’t want to lose our rankings for these terms by pushing SEO services more on the website. We have been considering starting a separate business website specifically for this purpose for some time. So this offer came a great time for us.
Within the first month of ownership of this new website/domain, we recovered are entire investment with new clients, so we are quite pleased with this purchase.
