The markets are reacting positively to the Sanders primary win in New Hampshire due to the fact that Sanders would most likely not win in the general election. He would be the ideal candidate for Trump to win the election. The democrats will need someone else that can appeal the majority if they wish to beat Trump.
However, even if he did win he cannot make the changes he wants on his own and I don’t believe he has the ability to work with others to accomplish his goals.
Really, Sanders should have received more votes being that New Hampshire borders his home state of Vermont.
In the end, the market will survive and find a way no matter who wins.
