Burger King (BKC) – SELL
I sold my whole position in Burger King (BKC) today due to 3G Capital most likely buying all the shares and taking the company private.
It wouldn’t make sense to keep the shares when they are so close to the offer price thus capping any possible future return from this point. It’s time to take profits and move on to other opportunities.
Although I made a good premium on my shares over what I paid, I feel that the offer from 3G was too low and think they got a great deal.
